Privacy policy

We collect the information you submit in request forms (product, shipment and contact details) only to prepare quotations and deliver our services.

Conversations with the AI assistant are stored to improve answers and may be reviewed by our staff; please do not share confidential data in the chat. The assistant is powered by Google Gemini, so chat messages are processed by Google under its API terms.

We detect your country from your IP address only to choose the website language; the address is not stored for this purpose. IP geolocation data is provided by DB-IP.com.

We do not sell your data. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by contacting us.

Cookies: we use strictly necessary cookies for security (anti-forgery protection), to remember your language and to keep your assistant conversation. No advertising cookies are used.
